I've learned after being alone a lot and choosing to deal with the pain of myself and feeling it deeply and harshly that while doing so it progressed me to work on my spirituality and my soul and my body, that you can reach a place where you can love the skin that you are in. Being confident is in your eyes not your body. Body language says a lot but many have mastered masking the false demeanor of expensive clothes, designer shades and a mean walk but it's your eyes that deliver the truth of honest and raw confidence.
